Stroudsburg Municipal Lot #2

My husband & I won a gift card to a winery in Stroudsburg. We went down on the first beautiful day in March and decided to tour the town as we live an hour away and haven’t spent time there. We parked on Main Street and I only had a couple quarters in my purse so we set a timer on my phone that would allow us enough time to get back to the truck and refill the meter when we cashed in some dollars for coins. Our timer went off and we got quarters from the server and walked back to the truck to deposit them. When we got back, we had a ticket … ONE MINUTE after our meter was up! I googled the boroughs number to try and talk to someone and was told if I wanted to file an appeal I would have to print out a form online and email it. IF we had not been mindful of the meter and came back super lat

Hallways outside courtrooms,offices, etc could use some more seats and the existing seats could use a more comfortable upgrade. The vintage courtroom is great but I hope in some time while the renovations are still happening to continue I hope that they consider at the very least if not replacing the vintage existing seats with more comfortable and modern quiet ones that they at least add some cushions to the bottoms of the seats and really consider repositioning to increase the walk through space between rows/aisles to make for easier and quicker passing bys and getting in/out of seats . It would also be great if there was a better or louder microphone/audio system as more importantly I think to adopt a new rule in the courtrooms like "No Talking while in session.,No Cellphone use/ No C

We found it was very easy to park and get in and out of the lot. It was a short walk to The Sherman Theater. Even for a busy Saturday night it was hassle free.

An entire lower level and majority of upper level is by permit only. 1:30pm on a Wednesday, 2/3 of its empty yet nowhere for visitors to park.

An ok lot less than a half a block from Main Street. Has a pay station that's pretty easy to use.Gets filled up fast because of its size
