Sturdevant Air Conditioning

Sturdevant has serviced our a/c for 4 years and we've been very satisfied with their service. Recently, we moved and needed a new a/c system. It was a big project and Jaren and crew did an outstanding job! They were on-time and professional. During the 3-day project, they kept us informed with their progress and cleaned up every late afternoon, before they left. The end-result was awesome. A new, working a/c that will continue to be serviced by the best company on the island.

Several years ago, Sturdevant Air Conditioning installed Fujitsu split A/C units in my condo. When it came time for maintenance and cleaning, it was only natural to call them again. Briana was incredibly kind and helpful—she scheduled my appointment just a few days after my call and clearly explained the services they would provide. Kainalu was the technician assigned to the job, and to say I was impressed would be an understatement. He was exceptionally professional, patient, and took the time to answer my questions and explain the process as he worked. He thoroughly cleaned all three air handlers with care and precision. Sturdevant was a phenomenal choice for our AC installation. We had three mini split units installed in our home. Shaun, Kameron and Genesis came out and worked tirelessly to install them. The team was professional, efficient, respectful, personable and honestly, talented! The units look beautiful and run perfectly. We are so happy with the company. We had a wonderful experience with Sturdevante Air Conditioning this week! Our unit went out in the hottest time of the year, and Sturdevant jumped on it so quickly. Justin was so helpful getting us a great technician out fast. Jaime was to the property, and the condenser repaired, all in less than 24 hours. She was so knowledgeable and we are so grateful she found a way to make the aging system continue cooling. Mahalo! You are our HVAC go-to forever!

Sturdevant used to service our former home for years. Everything went smoothly, service contracts and appointments were kept, workmanship was good and pricing was average. It just took one disgruntled employee to ruin everything for them and us by leaving an inappropriate, offensive, self-opinionated pamphlet in our home. We did have a meeting with management, they supposedly disciplined the employee and we received about 4 free maintenance services. Fast forward a few years later, I sent out bid requests on a review platform for a/c install for a new home. I wasn't able to choose who the bids went to but Sturdevant was unfortunately one of them. They had the nerve to respond by saying they cannot do business with us. LOL, really? We did find another company who did an awesome job
