Great communication and value. We were a little skeptical about an Oahu company at first but after reading all the reviews and speaking with Ryan we were happy with our choice. The team over exceeded expectations and we highly recommend.

It took about a year from the free estimate to the fence being completely done but it was due to the permitting process which is out of Best Vinyl’s control. Excluding the time it took for the permit to be approved and HOA, Best Vinyl got the job done in about a week and a half. Installation was a breeze and the materials were good quality besides the minor scuffs and scratches from the installation process which I understand is bound to happen. Overall, I love our new fence as it give us more privacy and our dogs can actually run around the back yard now.

From contract signing to completion, it took longer than we had hoped, but once our project started, we were pleased. We went with a semi private fence, as recommended by the sales rep, for allowing the breeze to continue to flow between yards. The installation team was really courteous and hard working, paying attention to detail. They were patient and helped us work around one difficult neighbor, adapting the fence line to accommodate. When they were done, they washed the fence off and cleaned up any small messes. We’ve since received many compliments on the finished project.

Using a company on a different island always comes with some hesitation. Will they respond? Will the job be done in a reasonable amount of time? From the start Best Vinyl was the fastest company to respond and set an appointment for an estimate. We reached out to independent contractors as well as other fencing companies and some were too weeks to getting back and we still haven’t gotten a return call from others. Estimator Ryan squeezed us in for a estimate and answered our calls even during off hours. Maui Foreman Josh was awesome. There were a few items that I was unsure about as far as look, and Josh took the time to show me before installing to make sure I was happy with it. Best Vinyl Fence and Deck are currently working at my property right now, ahead of schedule. I contacted the company months ago to work out an estimate and Ryan was very responsive and answered all my questions. He stayed patient while I made changes and waited for the time to be right. Once I was ready to move forward he connected me with Kalani here on Maui to organize the final details. Kalani has been friendly, considerate, and easy to work with. He sent Josh’s crew to work at my home and I’ve been very pleased so far with their kindness, courtesy, and attention to detail. I plan to update my review when my projects are complete.
