Our dog got into a ball filled with pink slime, and it ended up all over—upstairs carpet, the rug, the couch, and even the blue chair in our den. It was really bad and deep in the furniture. I was absolutely shocked at how well they got every single bit of it out. Stemco has always done an amazing job with our cleanings, but this one was mind-blowing. The carpets and furniture look brand new again. Highly recommend them to anyone needing carpet or upholstery cleaning—you will not be disappointed!

We've used Stemco for carpet cleaning since 2021. Great and professional company! They are very reasonably priced compared to competitors in Columbia, SC. John Stewart was the Restoration Specialist who did the cleaning. He was friendly, punctual, and was accommodating to move a few chairs around to get most of the floor. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. Setting up the appointment and getting a quote was easy through messaging their website and text. The carpet smells nice and clean. Thankful there's no chemical smell so whatever they use is amazing and eco-friendly to neutralize the pet smells we've had a hard time getting rid of. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning and will continue to use them in the future!
