Sub Zero

They installed my mini-splits several years ago and have been maintaining them ever since. I love the product — a huge upgrade in comfort and durability from window units. Everyone at the company has been amazing to work with. Most recently Liz, Carlos and Henry took care of my appointment. Carlos was friendly, worked impeccably, and carefully cleaned up. He shared before and after photos of the work. Highly recommend. Trustworthy and careful.

My tenant told me her AC wasn’t working and asked if okay to call Sub-Zero. She got an appointment for the next day with Henry. He determined the problem and recommended a fix that I approved. I appreciated that he talked to me directly and that the office made sure I was in the loop. My experience is that they do excellent work at a fair price.

Great service! They came the next day. Showed up a couple of minutes early even, and in the Keys! The tech was informative and helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Sub-Zero.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! Brett and his team at SubZero got my main AC unit moved up to my roof and up to code & installed mini splits in separate unit. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve also used them for emergency services w/ my business AC issues- they have always went above and beyond for me. Definitely would recommend SubZero
