Update: these people are crooked and the response they gave to my negative review on them is a lie. The owners Father was one of the men there to install and he said that they did not get a permit because one was not needed. I always pay my contractors promptly. I told them I could not allow them to install unless they showed me proof of permit. Do not hire these people. Sub Zero came out to my home in Ormond Beach to install a new AC system. They tore out my old working system. Then when I asked if they got a permit they said no and started packing up their stuff. They tore up my old system so it could not be repaired. They walked out and left my husband and I ( senior citizens) in a hot house with record breaking heat wave. We needed a permit to show in county and city records so we woul

Very professional company. Knowledgeable and efficient. My ac stopped blowing cold, and this company came out the same day and had a solution within 30 minutes. They replaced my outside coil to my unit and recharged the Freon. I had a leak in the coil. It was so small of a leak but they found it. They even went the extra mile to make sure my system was covered with my warranty and then some. They also took extra safety measures to ensure my system was properly secured and weather proof safe. Very trustworthy people who won’t try to scam you for thousands like other ac companies do. I will continue to use them if needed and highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their system.

Well business wise we started out ok . 2 of our rentals re fitted and ran fantastic . No issues, liked the idea of the pressure test on the existing " real American copper" saves alot for landlords right there. BUT, unfortunately a warranty issue on a unit, took 3 days to be seen and diagnosed ( I forwarded photos) so they knew what they were dealing with. And when SAM finally arrived, he removed the control harness & caps , an said its a warranty issue I will inquire at Kissimmee, It's ordered, Monday delivery, I'll be out Tuesday, NOTHING ! Communication/ texting ceased? No Parts/ No calls,texts. NOT EVEN MY ORIGINAL PARTS ! Because I trusted him, I never thought they'd do that . I'm out 4k ? Fast and efficient, my ac went out overnight and subzero was able to come out and diagnose it turns out it was a bad compressor, they were able to replace my condenser the next day with a good price and warranty.
