Suddath Moving & Storage

We’re moving abroad and hired Suddath for our relocation. The team that showed up (Roberto, Ruben and Jesus) to pack our belongings were top notch and we couldn’t be more pleased. They worked with great care and were extremely professional. Today they returned to remove all of our belongings and take to their warehouse, (Jonathan and Ernesto) joined the others and within a few short hours our house is empty and our relocation can begin. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Suddath and will recommend this company wholeheartedly. Well done gentlemen!

Great customer service, there is always someone available to help coordinate the logistics. A real person keeps you updated throughout the move process and gives you day-before updates with accurate time windows. So friendly and warm, made the estimate process very easy.

Adrian and Audie were just as awesome as the the first experience with moving my belongings from my home to the next location. They were thorough, quick, pleasant and professional. They are definitely exceptional at their jobs.

When I tell you, Roberto and his crew made moving infinitely easier than it could've been without them. Big shout out to him, Russell, Harold and Bryan for closing it out. Jesus and Roberto's dad as well. Huge thanks to the entire team for all their help.

The team did not come in a timely fashion, I was told I had to be available from 0800-1900, they came and worked from 1100-1500. Had I not done most of the packing, it would have taken them double the allotted time due to their lack of time spent in the home. At delivery, one of our valuable items was damaged. And they only set up 1 of the bedroom sets, leaving my husband and I to set up the other 3 bedroom’s furniture. They also placed items in the wrong room despite being told where they go, and shoved things in random boxes with no real labeling. There was also a lack of communication until I called and called until someone finally answered me. I was deeply disappointed in their services and would not recommend them. In this case 3 stars is incredibly generous of a rating.
