SULA VALLEY

I searched for 3 years for a good contractor to do a gut renovation for my kitchen and bathroom. Santiago was worth the wait. He is a contractor with integrity. His contract was clear. He delivered on time, on budget, and executed my project to perfection. He treated me and my home with respect. This project turned out beautifully beyond my expectations. He will be my go to contractor for all future projects and I highly recommend Santiago and Sula Valley to everyone who wants their job done right without and hassles.

Sula Valley did a number of jobs for us and we are so pleased with their work. Santiago is super responsive to questions and requests. He provided clear communication about the work and the pricing all along the way. Everything was done on time and as agreed (including helping us to meet a tight time frame). The crew was easy to share space with during the parts of the work they did after our move-in. They made our old plaster walls and old pine floors look great. They rebuilt a rotting roof deck - we now have a sturdy railing that is properly anchored and looks great, with a re-angled roofing surface below that is no longer pooling water. Highly recommend.

Sula Valley did a lot of work on our home including adding shower doors to existing showers, adding a closet to our attic space, building a shower from scratch in our lower level bathroom, and converting the two doors in our 2-car garage to one double door. Santiago, the general contractor is professional, fair and responsive. He made sure we were satisfied with the work done, and we are.

I have hired Santiago for 3 or 4 jobs so far for my 2-family house, including interior carpentry (both rough and fine work) and exterior deck and roofing work. He is honest and reliable. He gives you a good low price for the job and sticks with it. If you need any changes he will discuss them with you before doing any extra work. If there are problems after the fact he will come back and take care of it. He takes obvious pride in his work. I would definitely hire him again.

Santiago (and Sula Valley) has done numerous jobs for us from large to small. He remodeled our kitchen - it's gorgeous. But also installed a door - perfect. Kind, generous, and hardworking. His work is impeccable.
