It was a pleasure working with Owner, John Sullivan and his Project Manager, Will over at Sullivan Design and Build here in Georgetown. We called them and several other companies for estimates, on adding a closet and window to a spare room in our home. We chose to go with Sullivan Design and Build after receiving several bids that came in higher or included only partial of the desired renovation. Sullivan Design and Build was priced fair and they made us feel confident they could do the full scope of work. John and Will were professional and easy to work with and the project progressed smoothly in a timely manner. Making little of minor setbacks that got addressed quickly and set right to ensure our satisfaction. For anyone looking to remodel, we highly recommend Sullivan Design and Build.
