Sullivan Painting

We hired Sullivan painting in late 2021 to help us restore our spot on the East Side. We gave them a lot of curve balls from specific dates and deadlines, to partially working around us as we worked from home. Sullivan fixed major cracks, crumbling walls, lead issues, and more. Full interior job: closets, ceilings, all trim - the works. When there were hiccups, such as a section being painted with the wrong finish, it was no issue. They just redid the sections ASAP. The thing we liked most though was that they are nice. Like really nice. None of the typical contractor BS. They listened to a lot of Adele and hung out; talking to us about local history. Brian completed our whole interior painting, fixing and extra things along the way for the paint job. I'm big on reviews & want to provide the best review good and bad. The good: Brian was good with the work he had and was very professional. He was helpful and did the job described with some additions. He was timely. The bad: He left alot of spots empty and or sloppy which included us cleaning up alot after him. There were area he didn't finish. He promised us touch ups and fixing and then went dark and never replied to any of my messages yet I have promised messages to do more work and fix the touch ups which he never did. The old bait and switch contractor resolution to erasing a history of dishonest work. Sullivan Painting until December 2020 was known as Precision Pro Painting. In fact, if you could rewind back to earlier this year, you would find many unfavorable reviews recently removed from the Thumbtack as well as other website for professional local service providers. Numerous noted one star reviews for the work Brain completed or in my case failed to complete. Another attempt to erase integrity or perhaps ethical work to hard working American customers whom hired Mr. Sullivan. Hey Brian, you still have the ability for us to change the one star for a few more stars, if you just use the correct paint and return to complete the job you were paid for. Brian and his crew are very professional. They painted 3 bedrooms for me and I couldn't believe how clean and crispy his cut in lines are. Highly recommended top quality work
