Avoid Sullivan’s Carpet – Dishonest and Unprofessional I wanted to support a local business, but choosing Sullivan’s Carpet was a huge mistake. From start to finish, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. They showed up four hours late for the installation without the courtesy of even a one-hour heads-up that I specifically requested. During the install, they laid down two different types of padding under my carpet. When I called to ask about it, I spoke with the same elderly man I had already talked to on five separate occasions—each time he refused to address the issue and just told me to "call back." I cant speak to their carpet but their furniture is fantastic for the price. Our family has bought 2 sectionals from them and both are high quality with individual cushions and high foam density. The one is going on 4 years with no sign of wear.

There were two different really frustrating things about our experience with Sullivan's. I'm trying to be generous and give them 2/5 stars, since they were helpful with picking out carpet in the store. 1. We planned our entire move around the day they said they would install the carpet in our new house. This way, the carpet installers would have plenty of space to work, and we wouldn't have to move furniture in and out of rooms as they were ready to put the carpet in those rooms. The issue: Sullivan's made a scheduling mistake, which meant that only a small amount of the carpet was installed by our moving day. Did not deliver higher quality 100% Nylon remnant I purchased. I was in time crunch. Had to settle for right color but wrong carpet. Had to have installed ASAP. They said I could come in an choose another piece. I was done with dealing with them. Obviously deceived me!! Would never recommend.

Great selection and prices. I came in on a Saturday and it was installed by Thursday. William installed the carpet and he did a perfect job. He cut it flawlessly so there are no seems between the bedroom, hallway, and stairs. He was respectful of my home and very friendly. Would recommend Sullivan's to anyone needing carpet!
