Can no longer recommend this company. Hopefully it was a one off because I had recommended them to others for several years. Installed my HVAC unit two years ago. It stopped working on an extremely hot day and we had someone sick in the house and couldn’t be in 80° temperature. I called them at 5:15 p.m. and was told to call back during business hours. Which I believe end at 4 PM. When I said that I couldn’t wait until the next day to get help with this new unit that they had installed, I was told that I would have to pay $255 an hour for overtime labor. They came and did not fix the problem. So I called back the next day and was told they might be able to send someone out again but I had to pay them the $255 per hour for two hours the night before (when they never fixed the problem) befor

I had a consultation appointment with Mr. Sulpizio today. I was very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. He discussed in detail the pros and cons of the project I had in mind so I can make an educated decision. I feel that he takes pride in his work and goes out to the consultation appointment with the client's interest in mind.

Honest, and accurate HVAC company. Highly reccomend!
