This company is unprofessional. Not once, twice but three times I was given a window of time of service. The first incident they rescheduled without sending word out to my landlord or myself and having both of our information. Incident #2 came to the house and left the boiler room door off the hinges (it was old and unmanageable) but before they came it was still on track. 3rd incident they gave me a window between 10a-2p. I called for an ETA so that I can schedule my appointments around the time. I was told the technician would arise at 11a. The technician didn’t show up until 2:30 to do a job that they claim would take 3-5 hours. Scratched the kitchen floor up. 4th incident was today. Again given a window of 10a-2p. NOBODY SHOWED UP. Excellent and intelligent service. Dillon came out when our appointment was, quickly diagnosed the system, contradicted what we were told from another company, and fixed the system very fast. He was very personable, polite, and intelligent. From the initial contact with the company, everything worked out as it was supposed to. We have air conditioning, a proper mechanical repair (not the incorrect diagnosis of needing Freon and a cleaning) and had a good experience. I would not hesitate to work with this company again.

Always great and professional service with my technician Derrick at Sumner Breeze Heating & Air, Inc. Very knowledgeable and available when asking questions. I switched from a large well known HVAC company who I thought was trying to screw me over on buying new units to Summer Breeze and I have been pleased with their service. I do pay for the two yearly inspections for summer and winter maintenance.

Had to replace our old HVAC system. Chris and his crew did a great job. They were prompt and got everything finished on time. He also went over the new system with me and explained everything. They also did a great job of cleaning up. I will definitely use them again.

Review from initial visit (Beginning of October 2025) This service was scheduled by my Home Warranty Company. The technician was very nice and personable and answered all questions that I had. He wore shoe covers and serviced the unit in a timely fashion. The unit is now cooling properly. I am now editing my review effective 10/30/2025: I was assigned this vendor by my home warranty company. Sadly, my edited review mirrors much of what I have read in other reviews regarding this company. In a nutshell, I called in my work order at the end of September 2025. EVERY week in the month of October I had a technician at my home to address the issue. My initial review stated that the unit was cooling properly after the technician left, however, within 7 days or less, the issue resurfaced result
