The new owner Eddie is such a helpful person! I had him install my system two years ago and he has been maintaining it ever since! His prices are always so reasonable and his work is top notch. We just moved into the house and I explained there was a system here that wasn’t used in over a year. Joanna from the first call was very helpful and even said they would walk me through the tutorial over the phone if I wanted. I was comfortable with them coming to my home to show me the functions and locate sprinkler heads. The owner Ed showed up at the time I was told and he walked me through how to operate the dated but functioning control panel and we went outside and all 5 of my zones were good to go. He did mention he had a new panel I could purchase that was more modern.....he wasn’t pushy at all and we discussed a later time for something like that. Called last week made my appointment like always, following a week of waiting joyce call my house and tells me ED is to busy to fix my SPRINKLER. After Being a customer for over 23 years this is how summer green works.
