Michael MCCarter working for owner Romeo Tariman under the name of Summit HVAC and, both working under business license for Royal Air Heating and Electrical and Building Services installed a new furnace and air conditioner in my home over a year and a half ago. It never worked properly and I had to call Mike out MANY times to check why it was not heating or cooling properly. It would run constantly and never get to set temperature or would turn off before temperature was reached. After going through this for 18 months I called out 2 different HVAC companies to give me their opinions.
