Our salesman Jeff Baer was amazing, very knowledgeable even about our old farmhouse foundation. And the crew that was here, were amazing! Fast, courageous and friendly. I went down to clean up after them….no clean up needed they removed the plastic that was covering our things, they swept and moved a few things so we could move around and took their garbage with them. They all deserve at least a $100 bonus. Wow great work and no clean up for me. Would definitely recommend this company for sure! Great job guys keep up the great work! Added a couple before and a couple after.

I can’t say enough good things about Summit Basement Company. I have an old century home with brick pillars which support the porch roof. One of the pillars appeared to be sinking but there were also issues with the decking so it was difficult to be certain if this was a structural issue or an issue with just the decking. Jeff came out to assess and was very forthright and honest about his assessment. Jeff showed me exactly where the house was still level, and that the issue wasn’t structural but rather a problem with the decking. I had the a few of the “big name” foundation companies out and they assured me that I needed to spend thousands of dollars to fix the issue. Jeff saved me thousands on ann unnecessary repair and gave me peace of mind with his thorough assessment, which he didn’t

Between the sales team, the prep team and the install team. Everything was very professional and well set. Everyone was very skilled at what they do and were very polite and were able to get information when questions were asked. When everything was finished Tyler Hachat from the sales team called and checked in on the how everything worked out.

I’m very happy with the service I received. The Summit Basement Company came out to my property to evaluate a basement wall with a crack and slight bow. They gave me a fair estimate on 5 carbon fiber straps to secure the wall. On the day of the scheduled work they contacted me with an estimated time of arrival, arrived on time and completed the quickly and cleanly. Again, very happy.

I have a PumpSpy dual sump pump system with backup battery. My primary sump pump failed, so I reached out for help. Jeff was sent to assess the issue and provide a quote. He was very personable and took the time to explain everything they would do in detail. He also arranged to have someone on-site the next day. Tevin arrived promptly, got right to work, and handled everything in a timely and professional manner. Now I’m back to 100% and can rest easy knowing my backup pump won't struggle to keep my basement dry alone through the spring rainy season.
