DO NOT PARK HERE FOR EVENT PARKING OR YOU WILL BE STUCK FOR HOURS !!! Akron Civic Center is 2 blocks away If you park here 1000 people will all be trying to leave at the same time. I sat in the sub levels for 1 hour and 15 minutes and moved 15 feet in that time . Once I finally got out there was still a long line behind me. No cell service and no attendant, so it took hours for each car to pull up and pay . There's a 2nd exit but no pay machine. NEVER AGAIN!

I had an appointment with the Prosecutors office on 1/4/2018. Upon leaving, I had a problem with my payment card. I kept inserting it, and the automated voice repeatedly kept asking me to "insert/reinsert". After trying for at least 5 minutes, I got out of my vehicle and approached the window where the attendant was. She could clearly see that I was having a problem.She was OBNOXIOUS as well as nonchalant, and refused to help me. The weather was SO frigid and I went back to the machine.
