It required multiple visits and coordinating parts ordering and installation and there was full transparency on status throughout the whole process. I had them come out today to service my kitchen sink that is ALWAYS giving me a hard time. I've had someone come out many times to help with it, but RAYMOND was absolutely amazing. He is the only plumber I have ever had help me who actually called in advance, was on time, he was nice and easy to communicate with. He went above and beyond for me, while I had a neighbor come to open the door. I don't know how long he's been around but he deserves a raise and a pat on the back!!! He even sent me a photo of the new faucet he installed after he was done. Very clean work.

Joe did an absolutely outstanding job helping me diagnose and resolve an issue with my GE smart water heater. He took the time to thoroughly investigate the problem and even contacted GE directly on my behalf, despite them being very vague and unhelpful in providing support. What really stood out was Joe’s dedication—he didn’t just stop there. He came back to my house and continued working through the issue to make sure it was properly addressed. His patience, professionalism, and commitment to customer service were top-tier. In the end I had to get a new water heater, which Joe installed for me. I highly recommend Joe to anyone needing honest, reliable, and thorough service. He truly goes above and beyond.

REVIEW UPDATE: Ty from Summit called and apologized for the lapse in communication after Summit responded to a service call. Summit was dispatched by Super Home Warranty for my cracked toilet tank, but I did not hear from Summit after the claim was denied. I could not get a call back. Ty assured me that the service was not in line with their typical standards and outlined how it should have been handled. He said he would provide the appropriate feedback to his staff. He was professional and empathetic about the problem. Although I had already resolved the plumbing issue on my own, he did what he could to make it right. I appreciate the honest apology and believe this company does care about its customers and reputation. Thank you, Ty.

Steve was great. He went out of his way to make sure our water heater was fixed as quickly as possible. He was on time and friendly—great service! The office staff, Jenna and Samantha were both very helpful.
