Summit Reconstruction

I highly recommend Summit Construction and Restoration. Besides my satisfaction with the quality of the work regarding replacing flooring, carpentry work, plumbing and finishing work, the company was excellent with customer service. The employees were prompt in communication and followed through with questions in a polite manner. Employees showed up on time and left with the workplace cleaned up. Also, excellent sub contractors.

Summit was amazing! We had a washing machine hose come loose a couple weeks back creating a leak that went unnoticed till this last weekend. Nathan and his team were quick to show up and start getting things dried out. I really appreciated his communication and explanation of the process to restore our basement after things get dried out. Nathan and his team were friendly and worked quickly. Really happy with the process so far.

We worked with Summit a few years ago after a roof leak. There were parts that were great and we had regular communication from Alicia. However, the work fell short in a lot of ways. The drywall had to be redone multiple times and is still uneven (photo 1). Touch up paint was purchased in a slightly different color (I understand that color matching is tricky and completely get that) but the finish didn’t come even close to matching (photo 2). We paid extra (outside of insurance) to have gaps filled under frames after flooring change. The carpenter talked to us about carefully matching and glueing in pieces but instead it was a mix of loose wood that never even stayed in (photo 3). I waited a while to write this since I never write negative reviews (only positive) but overall it was a hard

I can't thank Summit Reconstruction & Restoration team enough for coming out so quickly to help us start getting our lives back to normal again after this latest winter storm. Two gentlemen came to our house quickly after we called, over icy streets and fallen trees, to survey the damage to our home and remove carpets and padding soiled from a burst pipe. They were very professional, courteous and understanding. This level of service has been a huge relief to my family after what so many of us went through during this difficult time. We are truly grateful to Cole and the Summit team and recommend them without hesitation.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Summit did. It was a new build (we're the first owners) when we purchased the home, and now it's back to exactly the condition it was in when we first moved in. Some things Summit did even better than the builder! What was most surprising for us was the speed at which everything got done. We've had many experiences with other contractors taking their time and going past deadlines. Everything was completed even sooner than expected. I can't recommend Summit highly enough!
