Our experience with Davis, and his team from Summit Roofing, was exceptional from start to finish!!! We had a 21 yr old roof and gutters that desperately needed replacing. We received a quote with everything listed , no details were excluded. After getting 4 quotes from roofing companies, we knew exactly which one we felt would meet our needs and our budget. Davis set up the installation date, his team came that morning…… laid out protective covering over all of our landscaped areas around the house…. Not a single plant was damaged!! They carefully cleaned up all debris… vacuumed all nails hiding in grass… and left the yard spotless !! The gutter installation was scheduled and handled as expertly as the roof installation!!! They also pointed out maintenance issue that we were not made aware by the one that placed our metal roof. Summit Roofing did an amazing job getting my roof repaired. Even though I was out of state, they kept me informed throughout the process communicating with me, my insurance company and my property management. The new roof looks great.
