The install went smoothly and Jade and Craig were patient with all our questions about the care and maintenance of this unfamiliar natural material. Stopped in to see the in-stock and special order quartz countertop material at Summit Stone. Followed up by email less than a week later to clarify the color of the vein in the material I preferred, explaining I'd be ready for a quote upon clarification. No reply. If inquiries aren't answered, one has to question the level of service overall.

I used this vendor several years ago to install granite countertops in my new kitchen. The Project Manager was good to work with but the installation team was a joke. First of all, when they arrived to do the install, they backed their trailer over my front lawn, right up to my front porch. Unfortunately, they were not paying attention to what they were doing (they were driving too fast) and they carelessly smashed the trailer into my brand new cement porch and damaged it. Thankfully, the PM reimbursed me for the damage but it was a hassle to have it fixed. Then they knowingly installed a cracked backsplash (it was literally broken in half and they installed it anyway) so once again, I had to call the PM and complain and get a replacement piece.
