Summit Well & Pump

Summit Well & Pump has serviced my well equipment since 2008 when they replaced my old pump. They service my UV filter once a year. On December 10, 2025 I discovered a minor leak under our 15 year old expansion tank. The ground water in Warren is very acidic and copper and brass fittings corrode rapidly. I called them around 9 AM. By 1:30 PM we had a new tank installed. They had a cancellation which helped...... They installed the tank for $50 less than I could buy the same tank online!!!!!!

BEWARE! SCAM! I ask them to look at my pump because there was no water in the house. I spoke with Patrick, told him I had checked the breaker for the pump, and the gauge of the water tank was showing 0. He tells me that he would charge $150 fixing the problem or note. He sends Michael to my home that tells me the pump is bad, gives me an invoice, charges the $150, and tell me the office will call me. Patrick calls me back saying that he does not have anyone to come and do the work for a few days. So why the heck he sends someone if he knows it doesn't have any openings on his schedule? Very simple: charge $150 to tell me that he is busy.

Came out the next morning and replaced the pump control mechanism. Replaced it in under a half hour for a very fair and reasonable price. Answered all my questions and explained everything really well. Will definitely be using them for any future work!

These guys showed up on Friday of Memorial Day weekend to help me with an issue with my well tank. They came right away, diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly and easily (saving me a lot of money in the process.) I was very appreciative of the quality of service I received and recommend them highly!

Called company and they had someone out to give us a temporary fix within just over an hour. Replaced a tank less than a week later. I would highly recommend them.
