Summit's Heating and Cooling

I have used Summit's Heating and Cooling twice now and both times my experience has been excellent. Their customer service is great and both Technicians who came out were professional, friendly and efficient. I will definitely be using them for any future HVAC needs.

Scheduled an appointment. I called them morning of appointment to confirm. An hour later “the manager” called to say “their truck was down and they couldn’t service today”. They made no attempt to apologize. His only follow up response was an angry retort: “bring the unit to me in my driveway and I’ll service it for you”. Subpar customer and disappointing. Not reliable.
