We just had our new roof installed and we are extremely pleased with the work that was done. The owner’s sons were on site supervising all day, everyone was very nice, their price was competitive, nothing got damaged, and the new roof looks great. I had a question about the way the ridge vent was installed and the owner’s son told me that there was a time when GAF inspected roofs that received their highest level or warranty and when they installed the vent the old school way, GFA made them go back to fix them. Turn out they run them to the edge of the roof now. I even got to talk with the owner for a while and we had a great conversation. I clean roofs for a living and I am so impressed with them that I have added them to my reference list. I am extremely picky about who I add to me refer

Everything was done in a very professional manner. The supervisor was on site for the entire job and was always available to chat if I had any questions during the install. About a year after our roof install we had a minor issue pop up after a heavy storm. Larry quickly got in contact with me after I called and sent a crew out to take care of the issue. Would recommend GARC for anyone trying to navigate finding an honest and reputable roofing company.

Got roof replaced back in Oct 2023. Appeared they did a good job back then. Very reasonably priced at $11.9K. We have been living in our house for about 10 years now and previously had an attic fan with a Gable vent. Great American Roofing Co. (GARC) removed our attic fan (which was a vent for our entire roof), because they strongly recommended the Ridge vent installation. I trusted their expertise on this. Unfortunately, we later learned that the Ridge vent is only for exhaust and with our existing Gable vents, those two vent systems DO NOT work well together. Surprised that GARC roofing experts didn’t know this or advised us on how our attic should be properly ventilated with a Ridge vent. Since this GARC roof install, our ceilings and upstairs rooms have been extremely hot in the summer

We were very happy with the job from start to finish. We needed to replace a 40 year old roof, 10 skylights, and have new gutters and downspouts installed. The entire crew was professional and did a great job - the work was completed in 3 days, as promised, and the clean up was very thorough. Thank you, Great American Roofing Company!
