I don't even want to give them a 1 star. I am not normally the person to write a bad review. However, my experience with this company has been terrible. They seemed great at first and got an appointment scheduled quickly for last Friday. However, about an hour before the appointment, I got a text from an unknown number that did not identify they were with the company stating they had overbooked themselves and would not be able to make it. I tried texting back with no response. Finally, I called the company. They apologized and said they would come Sunday. They never showed and I didn't hear from them until Tuesday. I do understand the weather was bad and didn't expect them to come Sunday. However, I should have been contacted on Sunday to reschedule. The person texting did not s
