We had excellent service. The crew was very careful to protect plants & pool. Even jumped into the pool to retrieve trash that had blown in over night. Rain & bad wind came in the night blowing off the protective cover on unfinished area causing some leaking. They came out within an hour to fix it. We would highly recommend Sumner Roofing.

When it was time for a roof replacement, I selected Sumner Roofing & Ext - The service and work was excellent, so I selected Sumner Roofing & Ext for gutter replacement and gutter screen. My experience with Sumner Roofing was disappointing. I initially contacted them about a roof leak and was open from the beginning to discussing full replacement if that was the appropriate solution. Instead, I was advised to proceed with a repair. On the day of the repair, they texted asking if they could come out. I was unavailable at the time and did not see the message, and the repair was completed without receiving confirmation from me. I requested photos documenting the repair and did not receive them until approximately six weeks later. When I returned to the property a few weeks after the repair, the leak was still active in the exact same location.
