Terrible and untrustworthy company. Sumter hit a hot line outside of my house and caused $8,500 worth of damage. It took an entire year and hiring lawyers and filing suit to get them to pay for my damage. I made a claim with them, they consistently said they would send someone to “investigate” and it just never happened. Then after pestering them they finally sent in a denial on my claim saying I didn’t have enough evidence they were the ones that did the damage. When you hit something like that there are procedures. They skipped all of them. Was an absolute nightmare. They finally paid for my damage and my attorney fees as well. If they would have just done the right thing from the start they wouldn’t have had to pay my attorney fees

Our neighborhood is getting power upgrades and I just want to compliment the crew working in our neighborhood. I am handicapped in a chair and walk my dog every morning by these gentlemen. They are always respectful and today I didn’t realize I had dropped my phone. One of the men saw it and came after me to give it back. This is so kind and thoughtful. Thank you!!

One of the most professional utility companies in the USA. A superb crew who are very professional. You will usually see them working alongside Duke energy and others. Unprofessional all across the board from the disrespectful workers, the “operator” with her rude a**. I don’t have them I have Duke they came in my yard no consent, didn’t reach out to duke or me this is a 50+ community people are on oxygen, dialysis and more so it was very UNPROFESSIONAL to come in someone else’s yard that don’t use your service, cut the power to work on a house the next street over without warning people could lose their lives or anything and when I expressed it they told me to call MY COMPANY which I did first they stated on record they were not contacted. Attached is the man who just came and cut off the power and tried to hurry and drive off when he realized I came outside to record him he was scared but under the constitution I have my rights I suggest you guys tell

These wonderful people came all the way to Terre Haute, IN to help our city out in a time of need. We had extreme damage from a storm, and they showed up on a holiday weekend to get us back up and running. Thank you for all you do!
