After receiving estimates from 4 contractors, I selected Andrews Mechanical to replace my HVAC unit. Steven arrived within a few hours after I called him for a quote. Came and installed a new swamp cooler that I had purchased. They installed it and refused to hook it up during that time. I called a month later to have them hook it up and he answered cussing at someone for a whole minute before he talked to me. They then told me that it would be $84 to hook up the cooler, but once they did it he charged me 129 even though they could have done it while they installed it. It worked for a day and would not turn back on after that. I called for them to come look at it and he told me rudely that he would be able to in a couple hours. He never showed and would not answer my calls. It has now been 4 days and they will not answer any of my calls
