Called Sun Kool July 8 after my AC failed The woman who answered was dismissive and short Scheduled a same-day service window from 5 to 9 PM Tech arrived at exactly 9 no greeting just stretched loudly in my yard then passed gas Issue was first diagnosed as a bad indoor coil then changed to a line set replacement after testing Line set price quoted verbally as 800 to 900 but was emailed as 1500 Required full payment up front before starting work even though Ive consistently shown im good for it. I have a warranty and am part of the rewards program which does nothing. And on top of that they demanded payment before work would be Scheduled. On July 18 so over a week without AC two workers arrived Tony only gave his name when asked The other did not introduce himself Tony left within the first

Sun Kool AC recently replaced 2 existing heat pump systems with new. Their salesman, office staff and on-site techs were courteous, timely, helpful and completed all the work at the quoted price they agreed too. My 25y old AC Unit gave up on me on a Tuesday Night. A Friend referred me to SunKool AC in Ocala. I called them and Mr James came the next Day to see what I need gave me an Estimate and brought me a mobil Window Unit. I have a so called conversion Unit Electric/ Gas, so I had to wait till Monday to get a whole new Carrier Unit installed. Both Installers came at 9am and went right to work. Don B. was installing the Inside part and Gage F. the Outside. Both Installers been friendly polite and answered all my Questions. They been working nonestop to get my Air going lol I even meet the Supervisor who stopped by and ask kindly if I had questions. Sun Kool serviced our AC system in July after we reported it was running louder than normal. At that time, we were told everything looked good. Our manufacturer’s warranty expired in September. Less than six months later, Sun Kool returned and diagnosed a refrigerant leak in the condenser coil and quoted approximately $3,000 for repair. Notably, we have never had an issue with the system cooling — the air has always been cold. The actual problem has consistently been short cycling and excessive noise, which does not align with a refrigerant leak diagnosis. The work order provided does not include documented superheat or subcool readings, blower motor amp readings, or any measurable proof of leak detection beyond a written statement.
