This week Sun Kool conducted our semi annual PM. The technician not only detected a defective transformer and check valve, and a probable leak which dropped the refrigerant level significantly but also took the time to show me for myself. He called for backup to verify the leak with a leak detector. He arrived in 20 minutes to verify the leak. In light of the age of the unit (12 years) he gave me an on the spot quote for repairs as well as the cost new unit. The next day another technician delivered the unit, took out the old unit, installed the new unit, and showed us how to use the new thermostat all by himself in less than 5 hours. Sunkool Air Conditioning is fantastic. We needed the app controller on our Mitsubishi ductless replaced. Even though Munn’s originally installed our system, they wanted to charge us A LOT!
