Sun Pools

I went there with a friend needing pool repair but I must say they are so helpful and friendly. I'm excited to see the transformation happen on my friends pool.

This company should stick to selling supplies and NOT building pools. Lack of supervision of their contractors caused poor quality and items had to be redone several times. The flagstone crew had to be brought out two times after the initial work. The construction supervisor advised they had had problems with this crew on the last 9 pools but they continue to use them. The decking crew also had to come back an additional time. The electric line is not installed to code. Several of the sub-contractors would sit on our fabric patio furniture while they were wet with sweat, walk on the porch (instead of the grass) with wet muddy feet and leave it for us to clean up, and leave their lunch trash in the yard for us to pick up. I stressed and stressed for weeks about it all. Got our fence pulled down after signing and all the fun stuff. Got told build date was Aug 3rd. Then it changed to the 10th "due to covid and rain". Then, AGAIN got changed to the 17th. They came out on the 13th looked at area of which WE wanted pool, no issues! Diane assured me itll all be ok and "don't you stress about the pool we've got this!" Then got a text right after 4 pm letting me know the pool now had to sit against the house!! Which is NOT how we wanted it.... so needless to say, they will pull your chain and lead you on for WEEKS and change plans LAST SECOND.

Great to work with from step 1 to pool completion. Professional, good communication and good quality.

Unfortunately their lack of experience and inability to be honest will continue to cost them customers. I would not recommend them at all.
