Don’t do business here. I contacted Sunstone after buying my home due to the renovators using their tile. I wanted the same tile in my bedrooms and confirmed with them that they had the exact shade of tile. Found a retailer and purchased $2000 worth of tile. I emailed beforehand and confirmed my installers were coming by to pick up. We were given the wrong tile and I didn’t realize until my installers had done a ton of work. We reached out, they confirmed to our retailer, not me, that they messed up and had given us the wrong tile. I had to call multiple times to get answers on next steps and the manager Aiwei couldn’t be bothered to respond to my email or call me when I reached out. I kept getting bs answers from the front desk agent and eventually had to call my retailer to get answer

Just like someone already mention this company is not trustworthy. 6 months use and my flooring is buckling and trying to separate. The warranty department has been evasive and used every excuse in the book of how it’s not their fault. I have cheap HD flooring at my office that has held up better than this stuff

This company is not trustworthy. They advertise a lifetime warranty on their product, but after having my flooring installed for a year and a half, it began to peel up. When they sent a representative to inspect it, they claimed there was moisture underneath the floor. However, after consulting with three professionals, it was confirmed that there was no moisture issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this company altogether.

very rude. They really REALLY want you to know they don't sell to the public. their "company policy" dictates they don't discuss pricing at all unless you have an account with them. They reiterated they don't sell to the public 3 times my first call with them, and twice the 2nd call. I would steer clear of this company. They have obvious disdain for dealing with potential customers. (I wanted to know the SKU of a product so my contractor could get more, but since they were so rude to me I figured I'll have my contractor source from someone else) EDIT: Owner responded and suggests that I have my contractor call them instead of me?
