This company installed the frameless glass shower enclosure in my new home build. The door was installed improperly and continued to slip out of the hinges. The door was replaced because it slipped so much that It ended up chipping a piece of the glass off from hitting the other part of the enclosure. The door they replaced it with had a chip in the glass already and needed to be replaced again. It was still installed improperly anyway, and that door fell completely out of the hinge and cracked my tile. They added a third hinge, which should be completely unnecessary on a door that size and they replace the door again with another door that had a chip in the glass and said they would no longer Warranty the install. I was given a quote in person by this company representative for attic insulation at a renovation home on 9/11/24. First, he was supposed to be there in the morning & didn't show up & I contacted him & he finally came at almost 6pm. Then, he gave us a quote on wall insulation, then we said we'd go forward on ceiling, but couldn't do walls. We went back & forth with him telling me he had a friend who might be able to do walks cheaper, then friend wasn't licensed yet, then their company had no one to do the walls when we thought we'd go ahead & do them. It was ridiculous! He was supposed to contact my GC, which he never did & GC left him a message. It's now Oct 1 & still nothing, so I contact him again & he says he'll have a date locked in by end of the day to do attic. 2 more weeks go by wi

I did not enjoy this company. Was difficult to schedule, the inspector didn't go into the attic to inspect, and communication about the recommended insulation was not clear. I needed more prompt, clear, communicative, and pro-active help to address a mold problem in our house that we believe is due to humidity, and working with this company did not address it. Three stars because they actually did the work, though I was not educated about the differences between the options prior to selecting.

Had a glass and frameless shower door installed by this company approximately 2 years ago. I must say, they did a fabulous job. Now the hinge on the shower door is starting to separate and door is out of whack and rubbing on tile which is making it hard to open and close. I have called the company a couple of times to see if they do repair service and was told a salesman would call me back. Since initial call it has been almost 3 months and I have called 3 times and emailed this company with no call backs or a reply to email sent. I was not even looking for a freebie on repair, I just wanted it fixed.

Called 3 times for a estimate on a 75 x 100 ft shop they could not return phone calls or say when they would come out to even give estimate it's ok we will send the 60,000.00 somewhere else. As this is a preview of how messed up this business is we will not do business with anyone like this.
