The past few years I've started wondering exactly what I'm paying for because the technician never spent more than a few minutes in my home each year. I'd made the decision to start looking for a different company until my renewal appointment today. The technician, Jimmy Farfan, is phenomenal. He spent close to an hour with me, explaining everything he did. What most astounded me was when I asked about insect droppings that the previous tech told me he had no idea what they were. Jimmy glanced at them and told me they're termite droppings. He immediately treated the area and educated me on my options. My name is Oscar Sherman. I have used Suncoast for years for dry wood termites problems and have a yearly policy for inspection. Jimmy and his son, Jimmy , came today because I had a problem in the upstairs closet. I have never been so impressed as I was with them. Jimmy Sr. was friendly, personable with a dynamite personality. He was very thorough, inspecting the whole house and finding a couple of other areas to treat beside the upstairs closet. They were completely professional and I want you to know that you have two excellent people working for you.

I had the pleasure of getting Jim (Jimmy) as the technician to come and assess my situation today and he was very thorough. Not only was he very knowledgeable, but he was so personably and a genuine straight up guy. I’m very glad with the service I received.

We have a contract with this company, and they respond very quickly, no matter how small the problem is. They dispatcher a serviceman within 48 h after our call about the increasing number of ants in the house. Ralf stopped by at the time of the appointment, gave a courtesy call reporting that he was on the way (this is very important!). He listened carefully, explained the origin of the problem very well, then performed the spraying very diligently and also performed a quick overall inspection of the house.
