Sundance exceeded our expectations in all areas. We just finished a major renovation with a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and a sunroom addition. We also added a portico, new siding, gutters and replaced windows on the outside. The Sundance Designer was patient, positive and an excellent listener. The project manager was amazing in overseeing every aspect with incredible attention to detail. He addressed any concerns promptly and was on site consistently. Sundance replaced our windows, and it was an incredible experience. The price and service quality were far superior to any other company in the area. The ordering and installation process was easy. Every team member we interacted with was professional and personable. Initially, I was nervous about the window installation process, but the team managed to minimize the mess, leaving no trace of their presence except for the occasional piece of outdoor debris. I am highly satisfied with the service, communication, the quality of the windows.

Sundance beach house renovation included complete exterior replacement of 1964 shake shingles with vinyl siding, all new windows and installation of gutters w/ gutter guards. Communication was over the top excellent, with 5 star quality of materials & workmanship. Sorely needed great face lift to our beach cottage, and highly recommend Sundance Kitchen, Baths & Exteriors.

UPDATE: it's been over seven months since our new roof installation and we are completely happy! We've had plenty of strong winds and heavy rains to test the endurance of our new roof and it has passed with flying colors!! Thank you, Sundance! The Andersens We had trepidation knowing one day we would need to address replacing the original steep roof with multiple dormers, 2 chimneys and a Yankee Gutter on our 113 year old Victorian home. (A yankee gutter is a drainage system built inconspicuously into the roof so it is not visible along the roofline of the house.) The roof had the original cedar shakes with 2 layers of asphalt shingles. To bring it up to code, the ENTIRE roof would have to be removed exposing the interior of the house. Im very pleased with sundance, they stuck to the proposed schedule as stated. All staff was very professional through the entire project. They were also very flexible through many change orders! I definately recommend them!
