What an excellent company! We are a Butte restaurant/Apartment building with a weird problem that damaged our plumbing that feeds our boiler system (among many other things). Many companies won't repair- only replace these old systems. We are on a very tight budget- so new units didn't work for us. Marcus came in- gave us a bid, and arranged scheduling to get it done. We had numerous needed upgrades (replacing safety valves, old and wore out components, etc...)- even with these "extra hurdles"- they still got the job done quickly. They even arranged for local and State boiler inspectors to come in- to make sure their (and the electrician's) work was done correctly- and up to all modern codes. Marcus communicated with me, almost daily, to keep me informed of progress. You don't get

Tallon cut out the old stuff and put in the new stuff in record time! Very professional and solved my plumbing issues quickly. Michael did an awesome job as well! Thanks Sundance Plumbing for getting the jobs done efficiently and effectively!

The worst. We were charged over $600 to "rent" 3 space heaters over the weekend, which were inefficient to perform the job needed to be done which was to unthaw our frozen lines during below 0° winter temperatures and the house is gigantic and more than 1 space heaters blows the breakers. They cut the line from the boiler, I suppose guaranteeing that we would need them to return to repair it and would not be able to return the boiler to working status without their assistance. I ended up performing the work myself using a propane heater and repairing the line that they had cut. I am so disappointed at how unethical this plumbing business seems to operate, and I feel as though they were trying to take advantage of my landlord.

His plumber Michael does a great job. I wish that guy well… first time I had a plumber that cleaned up the mess.. to get to the problem had to cut through the drywall in the house, which is a messy job and did a great job patching patch very professional guy .. first class!

Marcus, Mike, and the whole crew were quick responsive, extremely professional, and did not gouge me financially. I work in Helena and getting trades people to the house of any service I have noticed is terrible. They make appointments and don’t show or call when they can’t make it or are running late. Not this business. We had an appointment and even when an emergency happened in another job he called me to let me know what was up and worked around my schedule to get my issue and repair taken care of extremely quickly. I mean within 48 hours of the first contact. And talk about follow up He messaged this morning ( the next day ) to make sure everything was good with the repair and that it all works good and repaired as expected since I wasn’t present until late in the evening.
