I am a retired veteran from the Air Force, I thought that finally I was able to rest in this place,but have been nothing but a nightmare constant harassment by the code enforcement ,Passing every hour and looking for any excuse to find me,while everybody have worst case than mine. if you think all the amenities that they offer is free, be prepared to pay an extra fee for the pool, for the gulf, are from 250 $3,000 plus the $750 that they charge you for leaving in their community .they say there isnojo más association but is not true,they call it assessment!. so if you don't do your homework right then we'll come up with that bill that's not including your home taxes from the government.

Very bad service,no answers no call backs finally I reached someone and nobody knew who's who or whats what or how to contact the correct person for where we were looking and so I'd say it's a nice area to live but I wouldn't recommend this agency sorry and If definitely say get all the info you can before you decide JS
