Sunny Day Concrete LLC - Denver Contractor

Four years ago we did construction on our house and added a concrete patio to our backyard in Denver. Sunny Day Concrete was the contractor who did the concrete work. The concrete started crumbling end of 2022/beginning of 2023, so we contacted Sunny Day hoping they were a reputable contractor who would stand by their work. My husband called them repeatedly before they showed up to look at the concrete. They told us that it needed to be resurfaced and they would give us an estimate because there was no warranty. They proceeded to send us a resurfacing estimate for $1,529 for 130 sq ft of cement. INSANE! NOBODY is going to convince me that concrete should need to be resurfaced in 4 years!
