This outfit is the real deal. I hired Lance and his team to replace the roof (and skylights) on my Hanover Township house this summer and the job they did was excellent! From advising on which roofing products to go with... to doing excellent quality work and being very punctual and professional.... to being very meticulous about cleaning up all of the old shingles (and nails!) from the grounds when completing the job. Also noteworthy is the value proposition - the pricing was very reasonable and significantly less than some of the "Big Name" roofing contractors in northern NJ. I highly recommend Sunny Side Home Improvements.
