I just want to jump on and stick up for the front desk staff here. They are great. Chris is so knowledgeable and it’s nice to have that. Kira is so personable and really works hard to make sure you feel heard. Lorin is great and makes the place feel a little Lighter. Kearston can sell just about anything and she is so good at letting me know where I can save money. This place is great. Prices are sometimes cheaper other places but I choose to do business here because of the staff.

Sunpro has always exceeded my expectations with customer service when I come to them for DIY project materials. The staff there help me find exactly what I need, and they do so in a timely manner. I prefer to go to Sunpro just because of how amazing and helpful everyone is there. I feel confident addressing my concerns with them, as they always provide valuable feedback. The staff are all very educated and perform their jobs well.

Very nice people. Helpful. But the quality of their 2x4's is beyond horrible. Absolutly horrible. Normal framing nail gun and the wood just explodes because it is such bad quality. Not dense at all. More like dense balsa wood. Everything was outer log material. Even using predrill and screws it just cracks and splits. Made a very simple shelf building project a nightmere.

Sunpro Rexburg is well stocked with hardware but I’ve had decidedly mixed service there. One saleswoman is exceptionally helpful, pleasant, businesslike, professional—quick to ask if you need help, and leaps to the task, cheerfully and efficiently. When she is not working, however, customer service can be exceptionally poor. I was trained in excellent customer service at a bank and know the challenges of the front line, so in turn I try to be a good customer by always being pleasant and polite. Yesterday three salespeople were at the Sunpro counter in a virtually deserted store. I was cheerfully greeted by the long-time male employee. “Great!” I thought—off to a good start. Two young women at the desk stayed engrossed in their affairs as I searched fruitlessly for what I needed. No-one of
