I heard from Doug, the Technician before and after today’s service appointment which I appreciated. I met with Doug and observed his work and followed him to his testing of the system. Doug is a professional and demonstrates his skills through his actions from start to finish. He is a credit to Sunrise and welcomed anytime to assist us with his services.

Thorough engineering assessment, competent & swift furnace installation, and communication was excellent with both the technicians & the front office. Also got the best price out of three estimates.

Got a basic HVAC maintenance through a $8.88 special at Lowe's on black friday. Communication and scheduling with the company was easy, and everything went smoothly. Tech (Doug, he rules!) arrived within the estimated arrival window, was extremely friendly and curteous, and took his time to go above and beyond to walk me through what he was doing, and how I could improve maintenance myself. Very satisfied with today's visit, and will be exploring the annual service package. Thanks!

Great company to work with! From start to finish, from the estimate process and the installation, to the final inspection- there was excellent communication and expert work and advice provided.
