On June 26, 2021, Sunrise's owner, Carlos Vela, performed landscaping services on my property. I was originally told that one of the trees was only to be cut so that the branches don't touch the house or the roof. His staff under his supervision aggressively chopped the tree. When I asked why it was cut so severely, Carlos told me that is the way it needed to be cut and would grow beautifully. At least half the tree, which I have had for the past 12 years, is dead. I paid a total of $3,275 for all of the landscaping. I tried to contact him 4 times by email and 2 times by text before he reached out to me via email, and only when I told him I would report him to BBB if he didn't respond.
