Sunrise Maintenance of WNY

I contracted Sunrise for 2 grass cuts late in the season. They cut ONCE leaving several uncut gaps between passes. Then, after multiple requests, Sunrise refused to refund my money for not performing the second cut. I had also contracted Sunrise for seasonal snowplowing. After the first snow, they plowed the portion of my driveway behind my vehicles but skipped the other half leading to my pole building. After calling them to complain, they did come out and plow the other half. Sadly, they skipped the other half leading to my pole building for the entire rest of the plowing season. I would not recommend Sunrise for either service.

On a very busy snow day in January 2025, Tom responded to my call and cleared a misunderstanding. He then went above and beyond the required service. Thank you, Tom. I apologize for my misunderstanding.
