Dishonest, overcharges, uses used parts and charges you more than a new part for it. Lies about the work he does. Breaks your things and doesn't even offer to replace them. Causes damage to your property. Horrible, awful! He also mows my neighbor's lawn and has completely destroyed the skirting around the trailer with his weed eater. Stay away from this handy man. I should elaborate so you understand, when he installed dead bolts on my doors he put the hole to close to the door frame so he then had to drill the hole on the door frame deeper but the doors still don't lock easily, it's a struggle. When he cleaned off my roof he used my long orange picker pole and broke it, didn't even offer to replace it, his daughter when getting off the roof broke my solar welcome statue, cracked it

Berry is a very good guy to have on your handyman list. Installed a gutter for me, changed some sprinkler heads, and cleaned other gutters. He’s removed a dead tree from my back-yard. I wonder if there’s anything he can’t do! He is really reasonable and a nice guy to boot! Give him a call next time you need something done — he’s your man!
