Sunrise of Nashville

Our HOA was maintained by Sunrise for approximately 37 years of our 40-year history. Several of the Sunrise workers are real assets to their organization, namely Paul, Wesley, Michael, Dennis, and Jesus. They were always professional, respectful, conscientious, and friendly. However, every decision seemed to go back to the owner, Bob Wellerding. After becoming my HOA's landscape chair, several of my neighbors told me about difficulties with communication and shared their thoughts that some neighbors got more attention than others. Some neighbors claimed to have reached out repeatedly but got no response, whereas one neighbor and former board member proclaimed at an open forum that his calls were answered on the first ring.
