We reached out to Sunrise Remoldelers due to great reviews. We had a leak in our roof. My husband called them and someone came out that same day and told us we would need to replace the the shingles and the spot where she felt a soft spot (the leaking area). We made the decision that this needed to get done ASAP. They were quick to get us on the schedule before we got more rain. They communicated very well. We had many issues with the roof after the shingles came off and they were great with explaining that all the deckboards were not up to code. We had to replace everything. They would call me and let me know what was going on and how it needed to be fixed. I would recommend 100%. Our roof looks great! No more issues. Would hire again.

Back in 2023 Duluth had a hail storm and I agreed to sign a contract with Sunrise. I had an adjuster come out to visit my property and see the damage. The insurance bought my roof and the adjuster was trying to buy my garage as a tare down and replace due to the condition of the garage. The adjuster said that she needed a quote from sunrise to see the full cost as to write it into the claim. Sunrise failed to submit the cost of replacing the garage so the adjuster had to write the claim without the garage. This meant I had to submit a second claim to the insurance as a separate issue just to get my garage roof replaced. This means I have to pay 2 deductibles instead of the original 1. If the desk adjuster denied the replacement of the garage I would still have to pay the 2 deductibles but

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO ROOF YOUR HOUSE! I had work completed less than 1 year ago and within the first month my roof leaked like a sieve. I called them and they had someone come out and "caulk" my roof. Well that did not work. Shocking. A few months later my roof leaked again from the same exact spots. Again, I called and someone else came out a week later (No urgency whatsoever). And now it's been about 9 months since my roof install and for the third time, my roof is still leaking. Only this time when I tried to get in contact with them, no answer and no returned call. It's been 2 weeks since I called and left a voicemail begging for someone to call me back, but I have yet to receive any response. Poor Quality with even worse customer service. Stay away from these people.

Sunrise has been awesome to work with! A year ago we connected as I was concerned about roof damage from some storms in the area. I had 3 other contracts out who collectively put in about 11 minutes and told me "nope". John drove up from the cities and spent 3 hours inspecting and documenting wind and hail damage. John talked me through making the initial insurance claim and drove back up two days later to meet with the adjuster for another 3-4 hours. With his detailed work and solid communication, my insurance company covered the initial costs plus some additional damage that was identified during the tear off. Any updates were optional and again clearly communicated. Workers were professional, project supervisor was the best, overall Sunrise was timely, and the outcome is beautiful. Fin

Steve was a great project manager to work with! They helped navigate my insurance process and everything went extremely smoothly. My new roof and gutters have been performing perfectly for the past year. Looks and functions amazingly well - thanks guys.
