After getting several quotes, we went with Sunrise because their price was competitive, they were honest, and they had great communication. They installed a standing seam metal roof faster than they estimated and it looks great. At some point one of our gutters was bent and they made sure to replace it - we hadn’t even noticed the gutter had bent. We were really impressed with their honesty. I can’t recommend Sunrise enough.

SunShine Roofing completed a major repair on my tile roof. From the onset of this project, I have been pleased with the estimate/explanation on to the final results. Very professional and efficient, detailed explanation by both estimator and by the company Crew. Difficult to find Tile Roof companies that did not immediately want to replace the roof. Pleased to know that repairs and renovations CAN be done at a reasonable price. The Crew was outstanding in their courtesy and their knowledge. I highly recommend this local company.

In 2015, I hired a local roofing company to install a new roof: 1) remove multiple old roof layers, 2) remove no-longer-functioning duct work, 3) reslope the roof to direct drainage into the garden, and 4) install TPO. I conservatively chose to have this first roofing company only do part of the house – to reduce disruption and test how they performed. They were OK/good – but not great. So, in 2016, for the second part of the house, I hired Sunrise Roofing (Martin) and, separately, a retired roofer to stop by a few times to be sure they were doing everything right (my spy!). Long story short, Sunrise Roofing was very thorough, careful, and went the extra mile to be sure that all the base work was done properly before installing the new TPO.
