Sunset Pointe did a wonderful job on our condo. They started with just about nothing on our renovation since Hurricane Ian had taken everything in the condo. I would highly recommend using them. They became like family. Now that it’s done I’m going to miss them. Our condo is absolutely beautiful. I couldn’t ask for more.

Dennis’ ability to deliver excellence is unmatched. He creatively solutioned many difficult design challenges on our unusual remodel project. The outcome is truly a work of art. Dennis was easy to work with throughout the project. He communicated openly and frequently, and accommodated many scheduling challenges. Dennis’s deep understanding of the permitting and inspection process proved extremely valuable. We have never had such great trust in a contractor and couldn’t imagine doing it without him. We strongly recommend Dennis for any size residential construction project.

Dennis and Chuck built our home several years ago and then took charge of the renovation after Hurricane Ian. We never thought it would look as good as new, but they worked hard to make it happen. They provide quality workmanship at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. It is now summer of 2025 and I stand by my original review. Dennis has overseen a complete pool renovation with a structural issue. He has spent many hours with permitting, concrete company, pool company and us. It is getting close to completion and I am sure the finished product will be to our satisfaction. Dennis has become a friend and we appreciate the time he has devoted to our project. He does his due diligence and always keeps us informed.

Awesome experience with Sunset Pointe Construction. We live in a flood zone and Dennis worked with our local inspection department to secure the proper FEMA documentation to proceed with our project. After I bought the home I called Dennis to see if he would come to the home and walk thru to explain some of the features he had installed.
