My wife and I are extremely pleased about the quality and service of Sunset spas. We just purchased a new spa from Jeremy at the Marana store because of his product knowledge and expertise regarding all the spas Sunset has to offer. Also, the price was way more reasonable than any of the other local spa dealers for comparable spa models. (This was, by the way, our second spa from Sunset Spas and we were very happy about the quality and service with that one as well!). The delivery through Marie was setup up effortlessly and the spa arrived on time and without any delays... Marie has a winning personality! Our new hot tub is awesome. We purchased the Grand Cayman L and love it. Jeremy was our sales representative here in Tucson and he was so great, he helped us figure out our dimensions for our yard placement and the whole project turned out great. Craig delivered the tub (with a crane) and the placement was exact and his install team was very professional and easy to work with.
