Following up on the previous positive review, we are in the one week plus process of our bathroom remodel of a 70s fiberglass shower stall. Sunset and it's staff have been amazing: prompt, considerate, capable, careful, and detailed. We had seen all of the 'one day' remodel ads, and were tempted. However, having watched this first week go by, we've seen how hard everyone has worked and how much time has been spent on our shower. Sunset Tile & Bath met or exceeded every expectation we had, they did an awesome job, and we highly recommend using them for your next home project! Our primary bathroom shower needed to be replaced - it's large, all tile, on the second floor, it was the original shower, and after 18 years it showed signs of water leakage. Mark at Sunset Tile & Bath was timely, professional, patient, and just overall a pleasure to work with in the design and quote phase. Our demo went to the studs and subflooring. I had this company in for an estimate for 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. Their bid came in 45k more than the 3 bids I am considering. What I did not like is, you had to select from their showroom. Also, I am doing an entire home remodel and this was more than my budget for the entire house. I am sure this company would do a good job, but I wanted to be able to pick out my own stuff from anywhere and it was important that they used only W2 workers.

I shopped around for a local company to redo my Master bath shower. What I found was alot of companies willing to do it in one day, that's not what I wanted, I wanted quality and that takes time. I spoke with Mark the owner and explained what I wanted and he went over every detail until I was satisfied with my final design. A schedule was set and I was notified a week before the start date as to the time the "crew" would be there, and they were right on time that day, and every day until the job was done. Sunset was very respectful of our home and masked off and protected everything from the very slight dust from the demo. Ceasar and that crew had the demo and ready in no time. Mark & his crew at Sunset Tile & Bath are very talented & will rebuild or remodel just about any bathroom or kitchen you would present to them. Though remodels take time, my condo was remodeled to precision & I could not be happier. I had no communication issues, nor did I have any issues with the crew that worked on my place. They kept it clean & professional. The one con about the work done, is that I had to wait a couple of months, due to the high volume of work this crew must accomplish. If you want quality work, this crew is most certainly worth the wait.
